Kasirer Consulting played an instrumental role in the successful campaign with MPAA and an entertainment industry–related coalition to secure key support for the New York State Film Production Tax Credit program and New York City's "Made in New York" incentive program. These pieces of legislation encourage more films to be shot in New York. These tax incentives further ensure that New York City maintains its position as a competitive location for film production and post-production work.

Led CPC Resources, Inc. (CPCR) through the successful rezoning of the former Domino Sugar factory, an 11.2-acre waterfront site in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The development included a proposed $1.4 billion mixed-income community with residential, commercial, community and cultural spaces. Kasirer coordinated with city agencies, including the Landmarks Preservation Commission, to preserve the Domino Sugar sign on the waterfront. The sign is a familiar symbol of the site's history, beloved by many New Yorkers.
